Park Village Nails

I've been coming here for years... I use to get both mani and pedi. Until I stopped getting pedis because I kept getting the same person hoping next time would be better. I just left after the person Rachel that I kept ending up with my pedi( me thinking maybe she does nails better... NO!) Looks like I need done again already. My sister use to come here too and she had the same issue. I even referred another relative who said something when the color was wrong and when her nails were redone she said that she was treated rough and her fingers hurt for days. It's sad, the people have always been so nice.....I think this was my last time here.

I got my nails done for my birthday here I usally come here just to get my toes done and I go somewhere else for my hands. But I decided to get it in one go to avoid wasting time. But I wish I had not, I got dip French tips and they didnt last long and where bumpy and not exactly what I asked for I let it go bc I had to go to dinner for my birthday and didn’t have time to get them fixed but what really bothers me is they didn’t stay on they started popping off maybe bc the lady didn’t trim my nails first and they where long. I am not very sure. At my other place I don’t usally have this problem.this place is great for getting ur toes done nothing else tho has impressed me.

Came in to get a manicure with my wife as I have many times. While the lady was giving me a massage she asked me to remove my gold necklace my wife gave me over 30 years ago and placed it in the cup holder on my chair. I accidentally left it there. When my wife went back a few days later and asked the mgr., my wife said she acted suspicious like they knew about it and said they didn’t find it. My wife and kids have been coming here a long time but will not be back. They didn’t even offer to take her number and call us back if they found it. Not good service at all. We will take our business elsewhere.

Now I know why so many people have told me not to come here. I have four separate cuts/cuticle injuries. The tech I was with was aggressive and quite defensive to the very small asks I had about filing down a few extra nails, as I am a esthetician and I cannot work with long nails. She became increasingly frustrated and impatient and proceeded to get more and more aggressive with the drill bit, filing of the nails, placement of my hand/arm etc. It was extremely disappointing and quite frankly shocking for someone to be so incredibly rude. When she asked if I was pleased with the shape, I asked politely to have a few filed down a little more, as I work with faces and gloves and cannot have longer nails that will break through my gloves. She was extremely displeased by this request. I unfortunately was not surprised by this incident, I have been in the area for 6+ years and have been told on on several occasions not to visit this salon. I highly recommend seeking out a salon with technicians who are willing to customize your nails for your wants and needs, which I have always had as a custom at any other business I have gone to over the past 15 years of receiving manicures. Never once have I been treated this way. I believe her name was Cory. A friend comes here and has a tech she loves, I am not saying this business is terrible across the board. But more times than not have I been told negative rather than positive reviews regarding this establishment.

SO BAD! I went here for my friend’s birthday and all of our nails got messed up. First we all asked for drinks and 3 of us didn’t get them, they also smudged and smashed all our nails! And on top of that they lost half of our papers for our appointments (it took over 30 mins for each of us to get a nail tech), moral of the story never go here. Edit: it’s been a few hours and my nails are splotchy, wet, and uncured It might be cheap but for the service it’s overpriced.

Only came here because my regular nail tech relocated here. Was late from traffic, only short of 15 minutes -when they have made me wait up to 30 minutes on them- they did not call and gave her away to someone else and told me she thought I wasn't coming, when she had no idea I was coming at all. The manager was scrambling for an excuse and not very apologetic.
